I started my real estate business more than ten years ago, first as a real estate agent for the first Coldwell Banker office that came to our area, later as the owner and operator of a Realty Executives franchise in my hometown of Barra de Navidad on the Costalegre, Jalisco State and later on in the fabulous Puerto Vallarta paradisiac city.

Costalegre has grow from a rural area of small villages and dusty back roads to a premier international tourist and investment destination and I am happy to have the opportunity to contribute to such growth!

I specialize in helping people find the perfect property for vacation and/or investment, my customers consider me a well-regarded expert in the second home marketplace for tourists from the United States, Canada, and other parts of Mexico who have fallen in love with the sun-soaked charm and blue waters of Barra de Navidad, Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Maya. My expertise and own experience as a real estate investor makes me well-suited to address every concern of international buyers and sellers in this exciting market.

When I am not busy working with my clients, I enjoy being an active member of my community, promoting and participating in music, dance, and food festivals, road races, paddle boarding events, neighborhood parades, and all the other local activities that make this part of Mexico so special.

I hold an honors degree in Information Technologies from the University of Colima, though I found my passion in real estate and I strive to continue my professional development to keep up with the challenging demands of the international real estate market.
